The District Productive Team
Paul "Woody" Woodhull
Paul "Woody" Woodhull is the president of Build Better Media and is a 20-year veteran media executive responsible for the creation of dozens of highly successful spoken word programs for radio, tv, digital, and social media. Woody is the co-creator of the podcasts Add Passion and Stir: Big Chefs, Big Ideas and The Home Front with Gil Gross. In addition, he is a founding member of Bill Press Partners LLC. Woody is credited as a pioneer of the Progressive Media format with his formation and launch of the Ed Schultz Show.
Chief Content Officer
Gil Gross is an American radio personality. He most recently hosted a weekday radio talkshow on KKSF Talk 910 in Oakland/San Francisco from 10am to 2pm, as well as the syndicated Real Estate Today program on Saturdays. However, that station became a Spanish language sports channel July 23, 2016. He was a news correspondent for the ABC Radio Networks. From 2007 to late-2011 he hosted a show on KGO AM in San Francisco, California, on weekday afternoons.
Peter Ogburn has been a multimedia producer for nearly two decades. He has served as Executive Producer and fill-in host of The Bill Press Show and helped guide the show from the terrestrial format to the digital age. He has launched several successful podcasts and nationally syndicated radio shows and has a keen sense of what makes for compelling content.
VP Social Media
Jamie Benson has a lifelong passion for music and radio of all varieties. He began his broadcasting career in college, where he hosted the popular hip-hop radio show, Funkadelic Freestyles. After honing his social media skills at the online marketplace LivingSocial for four years, Jamie returned to broadcasting as the associate producer of a politics-focused morning talk show. As a millennial, he believes - don't act surprised here - that podcasts are the future.
District Productive is seeking content creators who are interested in launching new on-demand audio and video series.
